We were finally able to visit today for lunch and there is no words to describe how good this restaurant was. It all started with a hostess greeting us and seating us. The entire environment of the restaurant was great but it was completely amazing once the food came out. The amount of food they serve you is absolutely incredible. Our waitress was Carolina and she was great. Can’t wait to go back

Great atmosphere, friendly staff and fantastic food. Full of locals when we were there - always a good sign. If you are from Europe or the US, make the effort to find this restaurant. Join the locals, you won’t regret it. Very good value for money as well. Prices way below those in the more touristy parts of the city. Perfectly cooked steaks - cooked over an open fire.

Must visit every time we go to Playa Del Carmen. Steaks have amazing flavors, and the presentation is amazing. The friendly, extremely polite dogs in the restaurant are a wonderful touch. They won't bother you unless you ask them over. My guess is they are the best fed dogs in town. You can get an amazing steak and beer for 30.

The mashed sweet potatoes complemented it beautifully: smooth, naturally sweet, and buttery with just a hint of cinnamon on demand. To finish, the lamb empanada offered a deep, savory contrast. Encased in a golden, flaky pastry shell, the filling was rich and slightly spiced. It was good to say the least. This meal worked in harmony: a fresh beginning, a soulful centerpiece, and a bold, flavorful finish. Whether you’re after something healthy, comforting, or indulgent, this combination delivers on all fronts.
Great food. Empanadas were delicious. They have two dipping sauces for your bread. Both were awesome. I liked the green on a little more. It had a little kick. Steaks were exactly the temp we asked for. Loved the smoky flavor. Mashed sweet potatoes were delish. Service was great. I'd make this a regular spot if I lived here.
